Last night tears around the world were shed for a strong, young lady yet heaven rejoiced and welcomed a new angel into their arms. Chloe Zulcosky lost her battle to brain cancer at only 18.
Chloe's life inspired and touch so many lives! The out pouring of condolences and love for her and her family is remarkable! Though only a short life, it was one of huge impact.
Today we honor and remember her life and her legacy.
Take a moment to pray for Chloe's family, friends and even strangers who have been affected by her loss as her story will continue to live on.

She taught us what is is to be strong, courageous and to live, love and persevere.

I liked this poem that a friend of her's posted on her page...
"God looked around his garden
and found an empty place.
He then looked down upon the earth,
And saw your tired face.
He put His arms around you,
And lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful,
He always takes the best.
He knew you were suffering,
He knew that you were in pain.
He knew that you would never,
Get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough,
And the hills were hard to climb,
So He closed your weary eyelids,
And whispered, "Peace be thine."
It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you didn't go alone,
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home."
RIP Chloe. Thank you for inspiring us all.
